Under the MISSION Act, you are entitled to receive VA community care PHP mental health services if the VA cannot provide an intensive outpatient program within a 20-day window or a 30-minute drive. Resilience Georgia is a registered partner in the VA Community Care Network (CCN). We provide the same evidence-based clinical rigor as a VA facility but with local flexibility and trauma-informed privacy.

Navigating the VA CCN Authorization Process
To access our VA Community Care PHP, you generally need a referral from your VA primary care doctor or mental health provider. Once the referral is made through the HealthShare Referral Manager, our team coordinates with the VA to start your daily treatment immediately. We specialize in navigating these administrative requirements so you can stay focused on the mission of getting well.

Is there a cost for this program?
No. For veterans with an authorized VA CCN referral, there is a $0 cost-share. The VA covers 100% of the treatment costs as part of your healthcare benefits.
Can I keep my current VA therapist while in PHP?
Yes. We view ourselves as an extension of your VA care team. We provide the intensive daily work and then transition you back to your individual VA provider once you are stabilized.
What if I'm in a crisis right now?
If you are in an immediate suicidal crisis, you can go to any community emergency room under the COMPACT Act. For PHP admissions, call us directly to start the referral process.
