PROGRAM INTAKE: (404) 381-8849Advanced Community-Based Recovery
A veteran outpatient mental health program should fit into your civilian life, not disrupt it. At Resilience Georgia, we provide the highest tier of trauma-informed care outside the VA hospital setting. As a registered VA Community Care Network (CCN) partner, we offer flexible scheduling and evidence-based protocols like EMDR and CPT that are fully authorized under the MISSION Act.
Individualized Treatment
One-on-one sessions focused on your specific mission: processing trauma, improving mood, or mastering emotional regulation.
Transition & Integration
Clinical support for the physiological and psychological shift from military service to a high-performing civilian identity.
Performance Architect Insight: Outpatient Optimization
As a Sports Science Specialist (Unifesp), I view outpatient care as the "strength and conditioning" of mental health. In an inpatient setting, you are in a controlled environment; in an outpatient mental health program, you are training in the real world. We use bio-mechanical and cognitive frameworks to ensure your "mental reps" translate into real-world resilience and operational focus.
MISSION Act & Referral Eligibility
In 2026, the VA MISSION Act grants you the right to choose an outpatient program if your local VA has long wait times or excessive drive times. We coordinate directly with your VA PCM to secure authorizations, ensuring you receive consistent, local care at $0 cost-share for authorized referrals. We also accept TRICARE for retirees and their families.
Outpatient Program FAQ
What is the difference between this and VA care?
While we follow the same gold-standard clinical guidelines (VA/DoD Practice Guidelines), our program offers a more private, community-based setting with flexible evening and virtual options.
Do I need a referral to start?
For VA CCN payment, yes, a referral from your VA doctor is required. For TRICARE Select or private pay, you can often self-refer. Call us to verify your specific pathway.
Is telehealth available?
Yes. Our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform allows you to participate in our outpatient program from anywhere in Georgia, making it easier to balance work and family commitments.
